1.db boulevard – point of view (Trance Mix)
(Some time ago I heard that this was a trance
remix from a vocal club remix. Both versions
are good because of the catchy vocals!)
2.Jakatta-American Dream(Different Gear Remix)
(We had the Joey Negro remix in the show a few
months ago. Lately I have been playing the Different
Gear remix more and more! And it is again becoming
one of my favorites!)
3.Mark van Dale feat Enrico-Recordable_Feelings
(New original stuff from this DJ duo, not so trancy
this time which I think is good!)

1.Celvin Rotane-I Believe
(Talking about favorites! Man this is another
one! The break is georgeous, I believe! 🙂 )
2.The Klubbheads-Magnet
(From the early Klubbhead years. Nice typical
Klubbheads rhythm based on C&C Music Factory’s
Guitar sample of Make you sweat.)
3.BBE-Seven Days And One Week
(BBE came with a brand new sound which
has been copied alot over the years. It still
sounds trendy!)
4.Rainbox-Seed Scattered
(A song very much in line with BBE. Thats probably
why they mix so great together!)

1.Tori Amos-Professional Widow(2001 remix)
(A remake of a Armand van Helden’s remix.
The rhythm and some samples are slightly altered
but the song has mainly kept its atmosphere.
One of my all time favourites!)
2.IIO-Rapture(Riva Mix)
(We had the original club version in the playlist
months ago but I often hear this Riva mix played
as well. Some more trance influences but the sweet
vocal is still there)
3.Markos-Temptation
(Trance tune, pretty good, what more to say? )
4.Da Bootleggers-Reconstruction(Original Mix)
(The funniest hardclub song I heard in months.
I like the part where they ‘uppitch’ samples)

(Nice club song with an almost perfect groove.)
2.Junior Jack-Thrill Me How You Thrill Me(Erick Morillo Mix)
(Groovy club song with lots of vocals. Somehow this
song reminds of the Future Groove Express when I listen
to the way the samples are used)
3.Michael Jackson-Billy Jean(Bushwacka Remix)
(Remake of Michael’s ancient disco classic. The first
4 minutes are nothing more then sample re(ab)use after
which the original uppitched song comes in again.
Not really special but because the song is classic
people will enjoy dance on it)
4.ATB-Hold You(Club Mix)
(This is my favourite at the moment! ATB did a great
job here, nice sweet catchy vocals combined with a not too
much trance sound. Love it! There is also a Svenson&Gielen
remix but is less interesting)
5.Cher-This Is A Song For The Lonely(Thunderpussy Mix)
(I am not sure when this song was released and how the original
mix sounds like but the remix by thunderpussy really does the
job. Its a nice ‘Cher’ song)

(Trance tune with nice synthesizer tunes)
2.Footclub-Driftwoord(DjDon&Svensons Disco Revival mix)
(This remix from the club classic is really good!
It is uppitched but contains the original catchy ingrediants
of the original. Just listen to it. 🙂 )
3.Marco V-Godd(Original Mix)
(I think I bought the maxi single more then 6 months
ago. Strange that now suddenly this song gets popular.
It reminds me somehow of Underworld with Born Slippy.
Almost hardcore but not bad)

I am a little behind schedule. The Dance Yearmix 2001 really took alot of my time the last few weeks but now I am catching up. So extra long playlist this week on Clubcardradio!

but somehow the song is starting to kick
off now. Great trance tune)
3.Adamski-In The City(Above&Beyound Mix)
(Somehow this song skipped my attention.
Didn’t know that Adamski was in the songwriting
business again. It has been a while since we
heard from him.Still dont know what to think
of this song)

1.Gigi D’Agostino-L’Amour Toujours
(Trance remake of Gigi’s single which
was released almost one year ago.
Nr 1 dance tune all over Europe.Probably
because it sounds so cheap. I think
that Gigi can do better 🙂 )
2.Faithless-Tarantula(Tiesto Remix)
(I dont think this song is going to
hit the floor like ‘We Come One’.I
think the song is too ‘heavy’.Both Tiesto
and Rolo&Sister Bliss mixes didn’t
make it any better although the
song is rather popular in the clubs
at the moment)
3.Storm-We Love
(I dont think that Storm ever released
something which was NOT good.This song
really kicks ass again.It has that typical
Storm sound,sharp synthesizer sounds.The
song is getting real good at the end!)

1.Dj Boozy Woozy-Party Affair
(Its real bad. Maybe even the worst
record the Klubbheads ever produced)
2.Riva feat Danny Minoque-Who Do You Love Now
(This song has the potential to become
a real huge dance smash! The uptempo trance
sound combined with rather good vocal.)
3.Ransom-My Dance(Ferry Corsten Remix)
(Yes Yes Yes! This is the kind of song
that really gives me goose-skin! Its
almost perfect! Good hardclub with some
trancy influences but not too much!)
3.CB Milton-What About Me
(A minor success for this Dutch singer who
scored with my favourite “Its a Lovin Thing”
and lately with “Something Going On”)
4.Out Of Grace-Obscura
(One of my favourite trance tunes of 2001.
Its not in the Hotlist 15 of 2001 because I
discovered the record rather late. But maybe
it can be a success for 2002.)

(New stuff from this populair early nineteens
female singer with hits like ‘Gypsy woman’ and
‘100% pure love’. This song has the same style.
The melody is inspired by the ‘wheel of fortune’
quizz tune.)

(Mr. Jose is a busy guy together

one song after the other.I dont
think this song will write history the
way NRG did but it sounds typical
Jose/G-Spott again.)
2.Silverblue-Step Back(Vocal Mix)
(Vocal trance tune. Nothing more to say
about it I guess :-).)
3.SNAP-Do You See The Light(2002 Vocal Mix)
(My favourite nineteens German dance producers
in the remix.I dont think the remix is very
special but the sound is more uptodate. And
its SNAP! so default ok.)
4.Collusion-Mutual Consent
(Trance song. Almost hardcore)
5.Svenson&Gielen-Twisted(Original Mix)
(They did it again! After ‘Beauty of Silence’
they produced another trance tune which
really kicks ass on the floor.My audience
sure appreciate me playing this song 🙂 )
